   Someone suggested to me a program called mailinfo.
   Before I install, I would love to get some information abut this product (advantages/ disadvantages) or hear from someone who's using it.

   judging from the service it appears to be no more or less effective than using receipts in Outlook.
   If they are not viewing email in HTML, then the service fails.
