I feel sorta sorry for the mailmen though for what they may experience delivering the mail.

Canada Post just announced a little while back that they won't be delivering the mail door to door anymore. For quite a few years the new subdivisions have to go to pick up their mail at community mail boxes located away from their homes. It was said that seniors could get some exercise by walking to their mailbox and what about disabled people? :banghead Why not a 3 or 4 day door to door mail delivery instead of 5?

 

Logic and gubment, rarely go hand in hand. :-D

I can so very easily picture Her Divine Empress of Everything She Touches do this. How dare the mailman shove weird things into her home!?!?!? :mad

The one time my in-laws brought their female doberman pincher to our house (for a pre-arranged play date with Puppy Mimsy) her Divine Majesty took deep offense at the presence of an unauthorized canine in her house, and attacked the poor dobie. She bounded off the couch, wrapped all four legs around a dog head the size of her own whole body, and dug her claws in... and at the next visit, the poor doberman refused to go inside our house, and looked frightened at the very thought.

I felt bad for the the dog, and very proud of my cat. :-D

The body language of furious cats always reminds me of that line from Yoda in The Empire Strikes Back... "Judge me by my size, do you?"

 

This was so funny! That cat was not accepting any mail delivery today :-D
