I downloaded all maintenance programs: I would like to know how many days I have to use each individual program.

After running each program once you should see some improvement. Regular clean up schedule would depend on your person use and habits.
I personally like to clean up at least once a week. Others here might prefer more or less often.

Do the cleanup once a month. If it takes to long, do it every fortnight (two weeks).

 

I want to apologize. I'm Italian and studied British English. I believed the cleanup was the hard disk cleaning. That's the reason of my second question. Now I realize the cleanup is the use of ALL that programs.

Sorry it was to late to edit my reply. Yes to clarify I use CCleaner or Wise Disk once a week.
The rest I do if I need to.
