Major Hijack!

    My computer is full of something iv run CWS shredder and it picks up the same files everytime and its always the CWS.yexe and 2 others i cant think of right off the top of my head. But to conclude the story iv ran spybot and adaware they pick up a few things but i could close it and run it agian 5 minutes later and pick up the same things? Is it just not getting rid of it or what? and my homepage is always getting hijacked it was about:blank but now its searchportal.info? My computer is running really slow because of the overload of spyware if anybody can help i really appreciate it.
