Major problem?dlldvd.exe?

All,

I have done the following:

1. Turned off System restore
2. Made all files viewable
3. Booted in Safe Mode
4. Run Spybot ( it found DSO explit and ATLE Vents). I deleted them but they seem to not go away.
5. Run McAfee VirusScan ( it did not find anything).
6. Deleted all files in the Prefetch folder


My disk just keeps spinning and the light is on most of the time and the when i try to do anything it is SLOOOOW as molasses. There is one process (dlldvd.exe) that I am not able to kill.

Very frustrating...Anyone have any ideas what may be happening?
