major problems - requiring troubleshooting.

major problems include:

-comodo states that i am connecting to unknown new networks when modem finds connectivity
-comodo keeping an open connection to a couple IP addresses despite not updating or anything
-system services such as lsass, system and svhost mysteriously having open listening ports in the 40-50k range, which never occurred before
-not being able to access major web services like google/twitter but other sites working fine (which suggests some sort of IP ban for SPAM)
-sites like ebay/yahoo being shown in a reduced strictly text view for no known reason
-the absence of any system restore points + the absence of the tab in settings to alter that
-a bunch of other little issues that have been occurring

i am right now in safe mode with networking and everything seems to be working fine.

can someone please help me get to the bottom of this today?
tell me what logs i need to post and i will post them immediately.
