Audio codecs legacy codecs legacy audio drivers media codecs video codecs, when my sound is workin i normally have like realtek high definition in there but now i just have those listed

    My computer
    microsoft windows XP 3 pro
    Intel(R) celerom(R) CPU 3.20GHz

your everest report shows a usb audio device. Is that a headset or something? Maybe windows is defaulting to that device when it reboots? have you checked if there's a bios update for it?

Hey thanks for your reply, the USB audio device is my webcam, you think i should unplugg and uninstall ?? and i checked the site for the BIOS update but it said it couldn't be preformed for some reason i cant remember, any other ideas ? last night i read a forum and it shown me how to add the KB8810 driver by tricking my computer into thinking i was using sp2 then installing it then goin back to sp3, so now i have that driver in my add remove programmes and i have the realtek programme but still no new devices ?? thanks for your reply

    Hi

All your drivers are here at Intel for the DQ965CO motherboard

Includes the onboard video driver, which you may wish to install as by the looks of it you're just using the Windows default basic VGA driver.
