Majorgeeks background won't show IE 6

Running IE 6 with the sp2. winxp pro Backgrounds do not show. Major geeks looks real funny without the background. On the laptop with same setup the background and sound work fine using IE (on rj'smarinerepairs.com.)

Is there a setting or virus going around that is messing with the html reading of web pages using IE? Is there a setting in IE that changes the reading of html. The machine with the trouble is used for games, is a software incompatability with some of that? Just the background don't show, everything else seems to work fine on this machine.
