MajorGeeks icon?

Why has that gone? Used to have that in the address bar etc, now it is a "V" or something. (Could be my crummy graphics, but that is what it looks like )
Liked the soldier dude, can we have it back?

If you have "show embedded icons enabled", it shows a picture or symbol to the left of an open tab or in your address bar. E.G. The red "Y" for Yahoo or the "G" for Google. Some browsers do this automatically others allow you to turn them on or off.
The MG was nifty, now it's not!!

 

I had them this morning AbbySue and then my browser crashed and when I started it up again it had changed. I wondered if it is the "v-bulletin"logo?

I have always had the ie "e"

never heard of it!

 

I think you can get something like fave icons.I use Opera so it is an option to switch it on. You can turn it off if pages load slow, but that isn't an issue for me.

 

on my laptop, which i upgraded to the latest firefox, i've got the weird V symbol. on my desktop, which is using the older version of firefox, I still have the soldier.

 

I have what he has. I think that thing is a woman.

 

MyIE2 (Prior to Maxathon) shows V, perhaps for the vb bulletin board software?


The former icon is the official MG icon, not a woman. It is a smaller version of what is shown at upper left of any open page.
