   I have been trying to place a thread on a problem I have but I do not know what tags are probably because I am tired having done a lot of research with the problem I have on my Office 2013 program and am I supposed to also complete the Post a poll along with my thread?    Hey Ron, welcome to forum
   
   Just post your question in the software forum areas and give as much info on the issue as you can, include Windows version used as well as your Office 2013 version and we can look at it. Forget as Eldon said tags, I never look at tags, don't use a poll unless your question needs a poll, which I think it does not.
