Hello! Some time ago i had some problems with my network. Now when i corrected the network settings on win10 and changed some settings on my d-link router i want to save it all as it is, while it is working perfect. What would be your recomend for this?

P.S. No matter how large will be the backup file.

Thank you earthling, but there is a problem with saving configuration on the router. It doesn't offer me where to save the configuration. It just shows the window "configuration saved". What shoud i do?

Does the windows backup tool also will make a "samsung evo 970" hdd backup?

The backup will be in the router. You need to look through the router's options until you find the restore/reload feature. If you can't find it then read the router manual, which you will probably need to download from D-Link. The system backup makes a restorable image of your hard drive and needs to be held on a connected/connectable hard drive. Make or type of HDD/SSD is irrelevant. You also need to create and keep a system repair disc which may be needed to restore the image.
