   BILLMCC66 Bionic Belgian

   I have a hard drive that has an operating system on it that has been recovered and i would like to boot from it but it is not in the boot sequence.
   Is it possible to make it bootable????

   No MBR (Master Boot Record), is why it will not boot from. You could try FixMBR in a Repair window, if Windows XP/Vista/7 and see if that works.
