Make your own retro games console

Hi All,

I'm new to the community - greetings to all!

I've built my own retro games console for less than £100 (using a Raspberry Pi i picked up for £25) and it's awesome playing all the games from when I was a kid.

My question is, if I made a series of web-tutorials on how to do it, is it something you would pay for? (covering how to build / setup, program / install etc - over 15 * 30 min videos)

Unfortunately, I think there are tons of free how to videos and tutorials for just about everything now days. I don't think you'd get anyone to pay for it. You'd be better off maybe making a little book with pictures and the tutorial and selling it on ebay or something.

I know there's a lot of self publishers out there now days because I have to wade through all the crappy self published authors on Amazon.

How did you learn to do this?:confused Unless you coded your own emulator for the raspberry pie the only way to learn to do this is via freely available tutorials.
