Does anyone know how I can fit a 2hr film onto a 700mb 80min CD-R. Ive searched th web with no good answers. I get the idea that it is to do with the bit rate but Im a semi-amateur on computers with limited knowledge. I went to one site and the article said something about XVCD(eXtended-VCD), MVCD (Mole -VCD) and KVCD. Ive searched the web for these but found no help i can understand! I know this is possible because I have got 80min CDs here with 1-2 hours on them from a freind! If anyone has any help or advice, please help me! confused ;)

Try buying 900MB discs!!! Not Kidding, they are available very rarely and are detected as regular discs with extended memory. No branded discs will be available only duplicates. Try to find them if u want to. Or try using Editors like WinAVI or Xilisoft Video Converters and specify output sizes. Remember both are sharewares....... If your player supports DivX or XviD use them, they offer the best clarity giving due importance to compression. Use free encoders like Pocket DivX encoder which has a output size option.....
