Making an ISO Image file

Hello. I have a bunch of files and I want to take all of them and mount them to an image so I can burn the image to a CD. How do I do this? Is there a program to do that? Please if there is give me a free and easy one to use. Please Help!!!!!

By the way for partioning your hardrive I use the free gparted--- http://gparted.sourceforge.net/livecd.php
