Malware Again Surely Not ?

    Hi,
    Its been less than 1 week when we cleaned up this pc & believe we didnt really see much BUT the last 2 days i have noticed that when i open a web page the tab at the top of the screen has an arrow that goes around and around.
    I dont click the page and bang its there but need to wait & sometimes its a real pain.
    I have just noticed in my bottom left of screen some text that you can read as the page loads.
    This time it was slow enogh to read the following,

    Resolving host...
    Waiting for ad doubleclick.net

    I also have some icons at my lower task bar.
    I often can see the logos vanish to then show just a white icon then the logos etc come back one at a time.

    Please advise thanks

    Your browser is doing exactly what it is supposed to do. Every site ( Except possibly gov. sites ) run ads to get funds to pay for the site.
