Malware Alert When Trying To Download Tweaking.com

Just tried to download tweaking.com from the MG downloads. When I clicked to download the installer version, this popped up (having trouble linking a screenshot, so here's the message in text given by my ASUS RT-AC68U router firewall:

Warning! This website contains malware. Visiting this site may harm your computer.

Consider the website as safe? (Report to Trend Micro hyperlink)

When I tried to download it directly from Major Geeks everything was fine - no warning, no problem.

Was I really in danger or is the software on my router crying wolf?

On the other hand the domain of majorgprd808 was registered in December 2018. It would appear they are trying to fool people into thinking that majorg is MajorGeeks. It is not.

Trust your router.
Malwarebytes blocks me from getting to bogus sites.

I wasn't blocked but there is nothing there as my screenshot shows.
