Malware deleted LAN - McAfee filter network drivers problem

I am currently cleaning up an infested computer. One of my main problems is that a virus or something deleted my LAN connection. I can't figure how to get it back.

The pc was also running Mcafee and it wouldn't start at all. So I uninstalled it and ran mcpr.exe to finish uninstalling it and in my device drivers, the mcafee filter drivers on my network card are still listed with an exclamation point.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First I'd like to see if there is any malware present on the computer.

Attach the logs so I can review them.
