Malware Esurf.biz?

Hi all.

The other day I came across esurf.biz hijacking? I am unsure whether I have fully gotten rid of it or if I had other malware. I've followed the instructions in the "READ and RUN me" thread.
I was just hoping if someone could tell me whether my computer is clean now or what else I can do to get it cleaned.

I think I have attached all the right files. The only log I wasn't able to acquire was the Hitman Pro log. No matter how many times I pressed the "save log" link, nothing happened. I did scan Hitman Pro twice and both times it came back with "No Threats Found".

If someone could help me get my computer clean it would be much appreciated.

Both internet explorer and chrome were coming up with esurf.biz when opened and my computer was running incredibly slow. I did download a program which scanned and came up with a bunch of infected files, but required purchasing in order to remove them. Then I found this site. I followed the read and run, so maybe one of the programs might of helped?
My computer is running better now but.

 

Sorry, it is running better then before but is still a little slow and unresponsive at times.
