Malware Help

Not sure I need help, but seems like it.
History = was working on a second computer that was infected and having major symptoms - followed instructions from your website's post: "Vista & Windows 7,8,10 Malware Removal/Cleaning Procedure" and since the other computer had no internet access, I used my computer to download files. After using an external drive to move the files to the other computer I started having internet and browser problems (errors were DNS variety). The external drive had previously been connected to the infected computer. Perhaps I made a bonehead error by using that external drive and am wondering if I got infected and now ALSO need to clean the external drive (if so, please recommend what to do to clean that external drive). This post is generated because I am trying to clean my computer. I followed the instructions at "Vista & Windows 7,8,10 Malware Removal/Cleaning Procedure" for cleaning my computer and have attached logs. Thanks for your help - please weigh in on how to deal with external drive, thanks.
