Malware Infection & Web Redirect Help

I've been infected & ran through the cleaning info posted on your forums
& need to see what else needs to be removed.

When I go to google and click on the link of whatever topic I search, it redirects me to another site such as yellowpages etc...

Here are the log files. Help !
