I paid my first visit to the Malware Forum for a looksee since I joined MG nealy 3 years ago.

I've been lucky, so far, not needing their help (touch lots of wood) and some of the post reads numbers are incredible.

1,125,948 reads of Sticky relating to Read me first.
    185,813 for HJT logs.
92,090 for protect yourself from Malware.
    Unbelievable.

Congrats to all involved in this forum, especially Chaslang, and others behind the scenes that I am not aware of.

I know others have posted their thanks for the help received in the Malware Forum before, but time to thank them again. Bazza

They do an AMAZING job - they'd be minting in it if it was their dayjob!

Yep, once again, I salute the fine band of folks that help keep the cyber-world a little more free of malware, and other 'bad guys'.

Out standing job guys (and girls). :)

Sadly, laziness and mental tardiness are a lot more difficult to cure, but that's life, eh? ;)

    I'm the Malware Forum's No #1 fan today :D

Early this morning I got infected with the Win32:warezov-MF worm, which apparently was released in September. It travels via email apparently, but I wasn't in my email yet today when all the Avast sirens started to go off!

Anyway, I think I'm clean. Man that things spreads so fast!

I would like to thank all the guys who help to keep all the 'stickys' in the Malware Forum up-to-date. I've been through these step by step today, until my system is back up and healthy once again. So, thanks guys, you rock as always :D

Chaslang is the one I look up to, he has dedicated many hours of his time to the forum making sure everything is updated and stays up-to-date. He has spent many nights catching up threads when he should have been sleeping but his dedication to the forum kept him posting. People like Chaslang, I respect more than anyone, people that are willing to share their knowledge with others for free like he does is outstanding because a there is a lot of really smart people who will not do that. That goes for all of the ones who post here in all forums; I respect them all for sharing their knowledge and helping others for free.

To bad Bill Gates doesn't feel that way. LOL!!!http://www.xs4all.nl/~ernstmul/images/msn60/smile002.gif
