    Good afternoon,

    I am grateful for this forum as I am trying to clean my daughter's computer. I believe she was infected through a website her college professor required.

    I have been through all the steps in the 'Malware Removel Guide' up to step
    6. I have attached the log files from running Rogue Killer, Malware Bytes, Hitman Pro, and MG Tools, ther was no report from TDS SKiller.

    Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

    Eternally grateful,

    Kim

    I need the log from running MGTools -> C:\MGLogs.zip.

    What part of C:\MGLogs.zip didn't you get? Yes, that is the wrong log.

    I think this is the right one. I got this directly from running C:/MGLogs.zip

    You can't run a zip log. Please, assuming you ran MGTools.exe, you should have a log located at C:\MGlogs.zip. Attach that, please.

    I forgot to tell you it is a Lenovo Laptop computer. Processor: AMD E-450 APU with Radeon (tm) HD Graphics 1.65 GHz
    Installed Memory: 6.00 GB (5.60 GB usable)
    64-bit Operating System

    That was the only file located in the C:MGLogs.zip file

    The majorgeeks forums website wont let me upload any more files. I get a message saying I have reached my limit of 375 KB

    If you are attaching individual files from within the MGlogs.zip then you have it! Please attach it. And it must contain at least two logs and not just one as you stated because you've already attached two. In fact, three! ;)

    Run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista or Win7, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator).Make sure that you watch for the license agreement for TrendMicro HijackThis and click on the Accept button TWICE to accept ( yes twice ).

    Then attach the below logs:

    * C:\MGlogs.zip
