Malware Seems To Have Originated From Facebook.

My laptop had slowed way down. This started on Facebook. The laptop became very loud with a fan like noise and I could not click any links on Facebook. The page kept freezing and not loading even flashing sometimes. I would click a link and the page would load to something on Facebook that I didn't click on.

Then what ever it was migrated and had affected much of my computer. I scanned with Malware Bytes, Kaspersky, tddkiller (or something like that) Rogue Killer, Combo fix, spybot, hitman pro and adwcleaner. Nothing other than a few tracking cookies was found. Right now I can type because I did a system restore. However, still on Facebook the problem persists. I have been using that social media for years and not had any problem.

Would anyone know about or have experience with this type of Facebook problem? Also with the problem eventually affecting the rest of the computer.
