malware

Hi guys, hope someone can help.

Got a nasty yesterday which was saying it was xp security and put the shield on desktop bar. This kept popping up saying virus found etc and to purchase there program. I ran several scans, Malware bytes and super anti spyware etc and found some so got rid and thought had gone. WRONG! Came back 10 times harder today and has blocked me out of everything apart from I E hense why Im on it. I cant open any programs, AVG is dead and cant access system restore or get into safe mode (F8 not working?)

Please someone help me urgently I am really struggling with this 1.
