Malwarebytes / Activation & Customer Support

    Attempted to purchase Malwarebytes software, a product I believe MG endorses. Purchase went through and my credit card has been authorized. However, I never received an email with a license key to activate the product. I have contacted customer support three times over 72 hours and have not received a reply. They do provide phone support. Thoughts on how to proceed? Thanks, RB

    OK. So just tried at 10:40 EDT and they say they are not available. Says they are available at 6am PDT which means this would be 9am EDT. So they are 1:40 late getting started today. Says to post ticket which so far has been black hole. RB

    Issue resolved. Thanks for assistance. I've used the free version of this software for a long time and like it. As I transition to the paid version, I would give their customer support based upon my experience a grade of D. RB

    I've had 5 lifetime licenses for years.
    When I have an issue, for example, when upgrading to a new version and my license information refused to be accepted, I've gone to the forum for help. My issues usually get resolved in a day or two.

    How was your issue resolved? Did you get your email or were you finally able to chat with someone?

    Resolved with chat. Email finally responded. However, chat and email support don't seem to talk with each other. Former had it resolved but latter did not. Confusion ensues. Yada yada. Again, resolved. Thanks, RB
