   I have Win 7 64 OS and IE version 11.
   
   I had this same problem back when I had IE 9 and was told to reset the app. I did that and apparently it worked since I did not reply back.
   
   The "Manage Add Ons" window keeps opening randomly and the thing is that this started after I had reset the app. How do I correct this?
   
   Any suggestions?
