managing Processes

    My computer was infected with a virus and I got some anti-virus and anti-spyware software.......I now notice that when I check my Task Manager I have 62 processes running! I'm pretty sure that's not good thing. how do I know which ones are bad and to turn off?

    Download and install Process Explorer. After you have it installed, run the program; then click-on File, select Save as, save the file to My Documents. Post the report as an attachment.
