manual removal?

    Help, I have a virus/malware that wasn't removed by Spyware Removal. It said to remove it manually. When I tried I got a message that said "Cannot be removed. Is being used by another person/program." How do I get rid of this thing? It is slowing my computer down so it is almost unusable. Any help will be accepted gratefully! Thanks. Dennyk

    Hi and welcome.

    You need to follow the Read and Run Me First instructions. It is long and involved, but needs to be done before anyone can help you.

    Then you need to follow the instructions and post your logs as attachments in the Malware Forum.
