   i have a gateway computer,2002 windows xp pro, 504MB. I am unable to access any other info about my computer. a sign appears that says cannot download anything diagnose exe. and system network error in connecting windows management no matter what i try to download. also another sign appears and says that my windows installer cannot be found.
