mass storage device

USB mass storage device doesn't seem to be working in windows 7 , i need this to work for transferring my childs games to micro card for her nds any help would be much appreciated ,

 

yes it was a clean install , basicaly iam puting a 2 gig microcard into a card reader then puting it in tho the pc 's usb , the pc can pick it up , but when i go to browses files iam getting removable disk (e) in grey in which u click it u get nothing , i have checked and the the device manager is saying the best software for ure card reader usb device is up 2 date

just noticed it doesn't do windows 7 :-o , will have to go and get a new 1 , thanks for the replys guy's

 

Unfortunately it would appear to be the case that Vista/Windows 7 are not supported for the device.

 

just out of curiosity would a vista compatible card reader work , i only ask this as i have been looking for a new card reader on ebay and most of them say vista compatible but none say windows 7 , and if not do u have any links to a seller of windows 7 card reader , thanks
