Massive internet related event log errors....

I noticed that if i run emule for any significant period of time, my internet and PC will stop responding after a while. Cant load any pages, no downloads work, cant even use ctrl-alt-del because it gives me a security error, cant even restart because the comp just hangs when i try.

Any ideas how to troubleshoot this? Is it a motherboard network adapter error?

Event ID 1001 : Your computer was not assigned an address from the network (by the DHCP Server) for the Network Card with network address 7A790578C8D2. The following error occurred:

I bet, you are allotting all your bandwidth to emule, without realizing it. I'd change the settings so that you are not using it all.
