   I get:
   
   ( 7 log x - ( 5 log y + 8 log z ) ) / 2
   
   or in other words:
   
   3.5 log x - 2.5 log y - 4 log z
   
   The rules you need to use are:
   
   log x^n = n log x
   log x/y = log x - log y
   log xy = log x + log y
   sqrt x = x^0.5
