How can I get the temp sensor in Motherboard Monitor 5 to show the right temperature?

It shows 70 C and that is impossible, because my fans are going high-speed.

1.) make sure you have the latest version of MBM5, it can be downloaded HERE

after setup, during the initial configuration of MBM, it should ask you what Motherboard you are using, and offer to load commonly used setting that other people with your motherboard are using. I suggest you do this, as it will (in most cases) correctly label the thermistors to their location (IE CPU Diode, Case, and so on)

if you did all that and still dont agree with the temp it is reading, try changing which sensor it is reading until you find what you believe to be the correct temp. If you want to check the temp, try installing AIDA (also available on MG) and under CPU you shold be able to find the correct temp.
