McAfee install

I don't think this falls into any of the open threads so I will start a new one. I installed McAfee on an almost new computer, after the install finished I wasn't able to log into my account. I get the message the account username or password is wrong. I can still access the other two general user account just not the administrator account. I ran ophcrack to see if there was a change in the password or username but they came up with the ones I had in there and they won't work. Any ideas what happened during the install that hijacked the administrator account?

 

Sorry, vista home w/sp2. logged in as administrator (uac on) and downloaded from the web. no other AV program installed.

I am sorry I didn't give you the whole story. It came with McAfee preinstalled with a 90 day trial. after the trial expired it was renewed and a new copy was downloaded. It just dawned on me the machine might have two copies on it one expired and one current. Although why would that lock an administrator account out.
