Mcafee Virus Detected Spam When Using Chrome

tired to download a pic from facebook friend but it was malware...ugh
can't get rid of the spam virus detected etc. etc.
using windows 10 chrome and firefox..
I use auslogics..forever and not the problem..this occurred one day ago...when I hit the stupid website to see a pic.

seems under google chrome...adsforcomputercity.com is behind the intrusion

 

yes I do have an ad blocker installed...However...all is a moot point now..Can't get wind0ws to boot. Tired everything..can't even get into safe mode..got into troubleshoot options..but nothing works..not even in sttartup settings.
it asks for my account password which I cannot remember..argh
Asus desktop Windows 10...stop code...critical process died.
know of anyplace to save the hardrive data?
