    Hi,

I'm a medical transcriptionist using the McKesson Horizon Radiology Manager system.

Inexplicably, depressing the foot pedal results in jumps of 5-second increments with no sound. This came out of the blue -- it worked fine the previous day. There have been no recent uploads that might interfere with McKesson's player.

An uninstall-reinstall has been performed but the problem persists. Audio on the PC works fine: I can watch YouTube videos, etc. The ONLY other thing that I've noticed is that I couldn't watch a Netflix movie online, but deleting and reloading that software resolved that issue.

I have tried switching to a different foot pedal, just to see -- that didn't work either.

It has been 4 days now without my being able to work. :cry

Any suggestions, ideas, etc. would be most appreciated.

    Sincerely,

    Starving in Arizona
