I'm currently taking a Windows admin class, and we have the option of doing the MCSE 70-290 exam (Managing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Environment) instead of the final. I'm interested in taking the exam, but my instructor wasn't sure whether it's still all multiple-choice or if there are hands-on activities that they've started doing recently. I was just curious whether activities are used or not.

Does anyone who's taken the 70-290 exam (somewhat) recently, or someone they know who has, know whether it's still all multiple-choice or if they've incorporated sims? Might it vary per exam location? Or are the practice exams updated and say whether activities are involved anyway?
