    Hi corrieanna.

What action in craft studio were you trying to perform when you received the "file failed to load" message?

So far the only thing I've been able to find(which is very little at this point) indicates that the free version will only allow you to print the saved files.

Not the most encouraging news, I'll admit.

    Hi Corrieanna,

I don't know if you'll pick up this message as its a little late as Ive just joined. I have had the same problem. mscp means my craft studio programme.....the only way you can open it is via the programme and going to file open within the programme. I've just tried it and it works.

If you get this message good luck.
