Me And My Neighbors Are Having Problems With The "internet Police"

This is happening in Wyoming and neighboring states, Most to all people are being blocked from the internet by a so called group calling themselves the internet police.

Do you know any way to block them and report them?

 

Thanks for the info me and my neighbors will try this and we will still continue to find out who these people are.

 

I am using Advance System Care 11 pro, I also have Process hacker to get hold of their IP address and report it.

 

I just came here if anyone else on the internet knew anything about the "Internet Police" and how to get them convicted for a crime they are committing, Me and the neighbors recently learned this is happening to everyone in the United States so if you cannot help me then I will go somewhere else thank you.
