media bar issues

When I start up my computer ( HP Pavilion Dv7 with windows 7) I get an error that say the following: C:\ PROG~2\SHAREA~1\mediabar\DATAMANGR\x64\datamangr.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Could someone tell me what this is and how to remove it.Thanks

 

I think it's quite likely that this is a leftover from the Searchqu Toolbar. Try renaming the file to datamangr.dll.bak
If that resolves the error message, then you'd then need to find all references to it in the registry, remove those and delete the file.
It might be worth posting in the Malware forum just to make sure nothing else is lurking about.
