Media Disconnected

Recently, i got some help from you guys with removing some malware off of my computer, and i managed to get my computer functioning normally again, sort of. Now i can run in normal mode, but my internet will not work.

It shows i am connected to my network, but there is "Limited connectivity" to the internet. I have tried a TCP/IP & Winsock Reset, and reinstalling network drivers. when i try to ping a website i.e. yahoo.com it is successful with no packets lost. I noticed a few services were not running, and i believe it has something to do with the "Network Store Interface Service".

I've tried starting the service, to no avail, it just gives me the 1079 user error. (It's log-on IS Local Service by the way). Other Computers/Devices on the network DO work, and connect to the internet through the network.

I've searched at least 30-40 other threads to no avail. So i'm asking for help here. this is increasingly frustrating, as i've stayed up all night (Literally) to try and fix this. Any help is appreciated. ill post my "ipconfig /all" if needed
