    When I put an instructional video in the drive (DVD), it gives an error message-

    AppName: wmplayer.exe AppVer: 11.0.5721.5145 ModName: neaudio.ax
    ModVer: 1.0.4.42 Offset: 0000fe5f.

    Microsquish is of no use. The instructional steps to check MP11 don't exist in the
    program (eg. checking codecs).

    Disable that filter. It belongs to Nero.

    Start -> Run -> regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\DSFilter\NeAudio.ax"

    Thanx, That got me past that message.

    Now it states MP cannot play DVD video, you may have to lower your screen resolution. I tried lowering from 1024 x 768 to the lowest 800 x 600 - No Dice.
