media player help

I keep trying to run window xp media player for dvd but I keep getting
error Id 0xc00d116a

I also downloaded cine player but i still can not run a movie dvd

Error's C00D116A and C00D119a while playing DVD's or MPEG-2 content are

directly related to either your current video card drivers or the MPEG-2/DVD

decoder you have installed. Reinstalling both of them will fix the problem

for you.
