Media players won't connect to the internet

    Good morning grunts! I can't get any of my media players to connect to the internet for internet radio. Both the WMP Guide and Real Player guide will not connect. Both are stuck on "loading page". The internet connection is just fine for everything else including You Tube videos. :confused

    Hi

    Is the PC in question the one in your signature line the Dell 8300 with XP? and what service pack for XP are you using?

    When did this start to happen and have you installed any new software or updated any? if so what?


    What versions of WMP and Realplayer? are they latest ones.

    Reboot your PC and try again.

    If you have a software firewall, disable it to test connection.

    The signature info is correct. The WMP and RP are the latest ones. Neither can connect to the server. Quick Time player won't work either. No firewall. I've rebooted. But VLC media player will work. I've also done a repair reinstall of XP. Any ideas? Very :confused
