Mega fragmented file

The page file defragger indicates that I have a file with 5170 fragments. Running the defragger doesn't change anything.

 

And what is your question??, if you are asking why it might not defrag im guessing ur hard drive may be to full or the PF is in use.., and i dont thingk defraging ur PF will do much anyways

Have you tried defragging in safe mode yet?
It usually gets a few more files than when you run it in normal mode.
