Someone came up to me today and handed me a piece of paper. On which was written-- Memory Access Violation in module kernal32 at 1992:91156536

Anyone know what this means? I don't have any information on the system other that it has WinXP.

Just reboot the box, bugfixing Windows is going to be too complex with no information and a propietary system.

Find out what application this person is using. Make sure it's up to date.
If you consistantly get this error no matter what application is running, then it could be time to have your Hardware person replace the RAM in that machine.
