Are there any memory diagnostics that can FULLY diagnose memory in amounts over 3.2gb? I know that the Windows Memory Diagnostic from Microsoft doesn't, it's limited by 32bit architecture regardless of the platform it's run on. Is there a 64bit RAM diagnostic? I'm troubleshooting a PC and it has six 2gb DDR3 memory modules and I'd like to test 'em all instead of one at a time. THX!

EDIT- I'm running a test right now with MemTest86+ and it looks like it's testing in 2gb chunks, or it's testing each stick individually. I can't really tell. It would be cool if it could test each stick individually, then run thru and test in 3gb chunks to see how individual memory sticks work with each other.....

I just tested memtest86+ and it gives me proper info. I can't say a thing about wanting to do a test on each stick as mine came up clean, should be a payfor app then to reduce your diagnostic time. .;)
