memory help

I am making a chart just to keep as for what the Minamum amount of memory can be used for these OS.
WIN 95 = 8. M.B.
Win 98 = 512 M.B. or 2. G.B.
Win ME = 512 MB
Win NT = 4. GB
Win 2,000 = 4. GB
Win XP = 4. GB
Win 7. = 192 GB

Am I right?

It may be but tell me if I am reading it right?

Were it says mem and if you go across to win xp it says 280 MB.

Am I right this is telling you that win xp can run on a Minamume of 128 MB low less?

 

Where do you see 280MB.
Minimum I see for XP on that chart is 128MB.
Would be slow as molasses though.

 

Windows xp is 64 MB of ram (128 MB recommended).

Ok this chart shows the Minamume the Os can run on but how do you know how mutch ram the diferant OS can see?

windows 98 and me often wouldn't support more then 256 meg at most, some of your numbers seem way off, are you talking maxium supported? Or minimum required?
