    Hi,
A couple of months ago i read a post about losing memory quickly. One of the Major Geeks gave a link to a pie shaped scanner that told what % of memory was being used and where. It was a great help in finding those lost movie files that were eating me up. Well needless to say at this point now i can't find the scanner either. Can someone point me in the right direction please.

I don't know how you guys and gals can possibly keep all this stuff at your fingertips it's truly amazing!!!!
    Thanks AGAIN,
    Dan

    is the link.

As for remembering, I keep all my stuff in a Word document as I come across something I'd like to remember, and use FIND to quickly find it.

I also have an Excel spreadsheet of MG threads that helps me find out stuff that I thought valuable at the time. I log about 6-10 MG threads, a day, into my Excel spreadsheet. Over 3,000 at present, in nearly 3 years of MG membership.

I also add "Comments" to all my downloads to tell what the download relates to.

All this, so I don't have to rely on my old memory. Bazza

I had the same info only a different link...it was YOUR link, BAZZA! COOL!
It is also the newest version.
This tool uses a unique concentric pie chart to display the usage of your hard disk or other media. The chart shows all major files and folders from all directory levels at once.

    You're very welcome. :)
It's small and fast as well.
    Don't lose it.
I keep all my downloads in C:\Downloads and archive them to CD every so often. Bazza

Memo to self: Must combine them onto a DVD one day. Baz
